About Us

Galaxy Cruises has been established with the purpose of providing a unique, relaxing and enjoyable experience of the Greek summer. Our vessel can take you to the islands of the Saronic Gulf with speed and comfort, saving you the hustle of the liners but also giving you the chance to arrange the route that you prefer. Call on the main ports of each island but also approach any of the other smaller villages or remote beaches. Make the most of your vacation, gather wonderful experiences and collect colourful memories.

Our Vessel

Adromeda is a 10m polyester speedboat, with a cruising speed of 22 knots yet able to reach a maximum of 29. She can accommodate up to 6 persons. She’s also equipped with toilet facilities as well as two showers, indoors and outdoors, and carries all the appropriate lifesaving and firefighting gear. A top of the line sound-system combined with internet access on board allows you to furnish your adventure with the soundtrack of your choice.

Destinations

Salamina

The largest island of the Gulf and the one closest to Athens and Piraeus, Salamina is the birthplace of the tragic poet Euripides, and the location of the decisive naval battle between Greeks and Persians. Plenty of sights, beaches and adventures await you here.

Aigina

Ancient temples, medieval castles and churches, neoclassic town-houses, Aigina caters to every taste. Rich in history and with an incredible natural wealth, it invites you to take it all in and yet combine it with precious relaxation on one of its numerous beaches. Don’t forget to try its world famous pistachios either!

Hydra

A regal island which combines the cosmopolitan lifestyle with the tranquility of a haven frozen in time, Hydra has a rich history evident from the first glance. It is a place that birthed heroes and charmed celebrities, a favourite for Greeks and tourists alike. Bask in the grandeur of its past and enjoy a unique quiet, interrupted only by the local donkeys!

Poros

A serene and relaxed destination, with very few people but great beauty. Small towns, picturesque villages and amazing beaches invite you to forget about everything else and just enjoy the moment.

Spetses

The southernmost island of the complex, Spetses boasts a rich past and a lively present. With beautiful buildings and well-organized resorts, Spetses offers a big variety of options to satisfy all.

Agistri

Lush pine forests that touch the sea, like emeralds crashing with sapphires. Agistri is like a small slice of heaven, tucked away in the corner of the Saronic Gulf but well worth your attention.

Unknown

Let the adventurer in you take the lead and select one of the smaller islands on the gulf to drop anchor and explore. Or close your eyes and trace your finger along the lace-like coast of Attica or Argolis, stopping in random to one of the numerous beaches and taking your next swim wherever Luck decides!

Services

Chartering with Captain Whether you are interested in a day-cruise, island hopping or a chase boat, our experienced captain will sail you to the destination you choose.

On board events Board the Andromeda to celebrate important moments of your life and let her carve them in your memory as she tears through the azure Greek seas. Our Captain and barman will help you make any event unique.

Prices are calculated per cruise irrespective of total number of people (capacity up to 8) and the boat is entirely at your disposal. Bookings are made by email and are confirmed with a 50% deposit of the package you choose. Please inform us at least 5 days in advance so we can accommodate you!
